Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted online at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. A 15-minute grace period is allotted to all clients; late arrivals will incur a $35 fee. Clients who fail to appear for their appointments will be prohibited from booking future appointments.
